At GoldenHammer Interiors & Furniture, we take immense pride in the quality, design, and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is thoughtfully created and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. If, however, you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please ensure that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team with your order details and product images. Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and approved. If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please send it to the following address: GoldenHammer Interiors & Furniture, Tower B, 4th Floor, B-2/302, Old Palam Rd, Duggal Farm, Har Nagar, Sector 16, Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi – 110078. Please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product.
